Where should I meet the driver ?
The meeting point is specified at the time of booking and in the confirmation email. Generally, it is in the landing areas of airports or ports.
What will happen if I cannot find the driver ?
Call our support through the No. +54 911 6475 6222 with the data of your reservation and your name. We will be glad to assist you!
What happens if my flight delays or comes earlier ? Will the driver still be there ?
We work synchronously with the arrival times of flights, in real time. So, do not worry, our drivers will be there at the time of your arrival.
Is there an additionnal cost if the flight is delayed ?
No. Since we work in synchronism with the arrival times of flights, in real time, this is included in the service.
What are the payment methods ?
We have set up an online payment method via PayPal that is fully secured. The payment is done directly on our website.
Do I need to pay in advance ?
Yes, the payment is made on the Internet at the time of booking.
What kind of vehicles do you have ?
We have an X vehicle fleet. You can see it here: link to the Products and Rates page.
Can I cancel my reservation ?
Yes, you may cancel your reservation no later than four hours before your arrival. Please contact our Help Desk on +54 911 6475 6222 or by email.
Are there additional costs involved ?
No, there is no additional cost with respect to the prices listed on the site.
How far in advance should I book my car ?
The sooner you book, the better. However, in the case of last minute bookings, according to availability, we can send you a car in X minutes. For these reserves, it is best to book over the phone by calling +54 911 6475 6222
May we smoke in the car ?
No, in all our fleet vehicles smoking is not allowed.
Do you provide car seats for children ?
Yes. However, for this request, you must notify us in advance, specifying the amount and the type of child car seat you want. We will provide them to you.
Are your prices per car or per person ?
The prices quoted are per vehicle.
Is it normal that I have not received a confirmation email once I have already made the payment ?
If you have completed the booking process on our website and you have not received a confirmation email, please first check out your box of unwanted emails in order to make sure that it was not considered as SPAM. Otherwise, please contact us by email or phone.
