This will save you taxi queues, variable pricing and drivers of all kinds.

One of our drivers will be there since it is your first step in the Argentine soil, with a sign having your name and ready to carry your luggage from the Airport or the Port till you get to the door of your accommodation in the city.

2 – Booking Methods

2.1 Reservations are accepted and become final after a successful payment and after we send you a confirmation email. It is only at this point that a relationship between airportpickup.com and the customer is established.

2.2 By filling in the personal information and by performing these procedures, the customer accepts at the same time our terms and general conditions. This contract involves airportpickup.com and all persons listed on the booking document.

3 – Documents required

4 – Transport

4.1 The Company does not guarantee, in any case, that the service will respond exactly to your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, delay-free, secure or error-free.

4.2 You understand and agree that the services obtained through our website are subject to your own surveillance and is at your own risk including any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the use of our website.

4.3 It is forbidden to smoke in our vehicles, carrying flammable, toxic, corrosive or explosive substances.

4.4 It is possible to transport animals if they are they are in an appropriate container or carrier in order to avoid any threat to the carrier or to any other person.

4.5 If a client makes a reservation in advance on the site, the carrier undertakes to provide car seats for children, in accordance with the regulations and with no additional costs. If the carrier noted that transportation cannot be done without the child car seat and that it was not reserved, the driver is allowed to cancel the service.

4.6 We will not refund payments if the Transport procedures and details on the site are not met by the customer thus preventing the service.

5 – Prices and payment terms

5.1 Payment is made directly on our website via the application, fully secured PayPal. Once the email is sent, the customer must fill out their bank details and the amount indicated. As soon as payment confirmation arrives, the reservation will be validated.

5.2 The prices of pickupba.com are available on site and they are expressed in US dollars, with all taxes included.

5.3 The only possible way of payment for making make reservations is online, through pickupba.com’s site.

6 – Changes and cancellation

6.1 Any modification of the original booking must be made by the person who made the reservation, with no additional cost. In any case, changes are made within the available limit and according to the passenger and he has the option to keep it or not.

6.2 The customer can cancel the booking up to 4 hours before his arrival and he will be reimbursed the full amount, without penalty. For this, the customer must provide their name and the reservation number.

6.3 In case of non-attendance at the agreed time and without prior notification from you before arrival, the shipping price will be due in full.

7 – Security of Personal Information

8 – Delay or flight cancellation

8.1 In case of flight delay, airportpickup.com, working in sync in real time with the arrival times of flights, ensures the transport of passengers at no extra charge. Reception procedures are the same, a chauffeur will be in place, for you, the moment you arrive.

8.2 In case of flight cancellation, the customer can request a postponement of the service or your refund within four hours before arrival at no extra charge. In addition to these four hours, the customer must pay the full service.

9 – Acceptance of Terms

If you want to use our services to reserve a vehicle, it is essential that you accept our terms. In case of disagreement, please, please do not use them.
